IPS Maruti Joshi -

She joined Indian Police Force in 1997 and She was the first and only female officer in a batch of 35 male officers.   Pioneering for women police officers in peacekeeing in 2011 she got an opportunity to join a new united Nation Mission in Jaba, South Sudan.

Where she spen a year as a police peacekeeper, mentored and trained the local police against the violence cases. Joshi and her unit had to deal with children and women who were victims of violence Vulnerability whice was a difficult and challenging task.

She Completed Diploma (Child Education), Rajaldesar and Graduated with B.A In 1971 and Pursued M.A in Sociology from Rajasthan University.

RJ Devangana -

 RJ Devangana is full of energy and enthusiasm and has been taking away the morning blues of every Jaipurite with her interaction skills. She has, in fact, built her empire on FM Tadka. She has been in the industry for around 11 years and hosted many radio shows on channels with Red FM and FM Tadka. Previously she worked with 89.1 Radio 4 FM in Dubai as an RJ for the show called Bollywood Adda.

Till now, she has received many accolades. To highlight a few, she won RJ of The Year award by ACEF and CNBC 2018-2019 and was felicitated by the Swami Vivekanand Youth Icon Award in 2018. Apart from this, she has also been awarded as the best anchor by the Federation of Event Managers Rajasthan Eventsthan.

Purnima Singh -

Purnima Singh and her husband Chinmay Banthia left their cushy corporate jobs to start Shubham Crafts to empower unskilled women from villages to make papier mache products and grass baskets. Shubham Crafts, which was started with an investment of Rs 5 lakh, is all set to see a turnover of Rs 1 crore this year.

Purnima says: “I always have this habit of talking to house help, rickshaw drivers, vegetable and fruit-sellers, etc., and understand both their businesses and way of living. I wanted to do something to support the marginalised sections of the society. This was the agenda behind Shubham Crafts.”

Empowering village women - Shubham Crafts was started with three unskilled women, and today has 35 skilled home-grown papier mache women artists from five villages. It’s a B2B business with products sold directly to wholesalers of home décor and big-size retail chains. The venture has played a key role in empowering women who are now confident of their skill and have become financially independent.
